You're carrying more than this role should require.
Whether you lead a business or a team inside one, you know what it feels like to be the one everyone looks to, while quietly wondering when you'll get space to lead the way you actually want to. You're not lacking ambition or capability. You're missing the systems, support, and internal capacity to lead at this level without costing you everything.
noticing.
"How do I lead this well—without pushing harder or carrying more than I should?"
The real cost isn't just operational — it's biological.
When you're chronically stretched, reactive, and running on adrenaline, your nervous system shifts into survival mode. Fight. Flight. Freeze. In that state, you literally cannot access the parts of your brain needed for strategic thinking, sound judgment, or genuine connection with your team. So the business doesn't just plateau — it gets led by a nervous system in survival mode. That's a different kind of urgent.
● Decisions that feel harder than they should
● A team that mirrors your stress without you realizing it
● Opportunities missed because you're managing fires instead of building the future
● A growing gap between the leader you are and the leader you could be
This isn't a motivation problem. It's a capacity problem. And it's the gap I've spent my entire career learning how to close — from the inside out.
You don't have an effort problem. You have an energy and capacity problem.
Most leadership programs teach you what to do. This work changes how you feel doing it.
Respond under pressure — without shutting down or lashing out
Make clear decisions — even when everything feels uncertain
Hold your people accountable — without doing the work for them
Protect your energy — so you can lead at the level being asked of you
That requires something most leaders were never taught: the capacity to lead well in the moments that matter most — from the inside out.
How We Can Work Together
-
Org Development & Change Capability
When your organization is navigating transformation, growth, or structural change — and your people aren't equipped to lead through it sustainably. I partner with leadership teams to build the internal capability, clarity, and alignment needed to navigate change and make it stick.
-
Leadership Development
When your leaders are expected to perform at a higher level — but haven't been built for the pressure, complexity, or accountability that comes with it. I design and facilitate leadership development that translates into real behavior change, stronger teams, and measurable results.
-
Executive Coaching & Self-Leadership
When you're carrying the weight of the role and need someone who will get in the work with you — not to do it for you, but to help you see it more clearly and move through it more effectively. I work with leaders and teams one-on-one and in group settings to strengthen capacity, decision-making, and leadership presence — so you can lead at the level being asked of you without running on empty.
Over time, you'll notice.
● You're not carrying everything alone anymore
● Your team is stepping up — and following through
● Decisions feel clearer, even in complexity
● There's less friction and more momentum across your team
● You have more capacity - and you're not constantly pushing to keep up
You Don’t Have an Effort Problem
You’re putting in the work — showing up, trying different approaches, and staying committed. The effort is already there.
What you may actually need is clarity, direction, and a system that turns your effort into real, measurable progress.
You need someone who has been inside the problem — not just studied it.
Before building 3 Elements, I spent nearly two decades inside organizations navigating exactly what my clients face today — transformation, pressure, and the very human cost of leading through it.
I led organizational development and change management work at Kraft Heinz and Ansys — two complex, high-stakes environments where the margin for error was low and the expectations were high. I also supported the State of Ohio through large-scale change initiatives. In each of those roles, I wasn't just designing the work — I was living it.
And then I did what many of my clients have done — I bet on myself. Building 3 Elements meant carrying the weight of a business owner: the uncertainty, the visibility, the pressure to perform with no one above you to absorb the impact. I know what it feels like to be the one who holds it all — because I am one.
What I bring to my clients isn't just corporate experience. It's the hard-won capacity I built across both worlds — learning to self-regulate, protect my energy, and lead with clarity when everything around me was in motion.
"I don't just manage change. I build the human capacity to sustain it."
