Group Coaching Program Overview
You get to build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your negative self to your positive self.
Part 1: Understand Your Saboteurs (Weeks 1 + 2)
Saboteurs are the inner dialogue voices that beat you up, hold you back, and trigger negative emotions. They cause stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, regret, shame, guilt, and more. The Saboteurs are the Judge, Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler, and Victim.
Part 2: Meet Your Sages (Weeks 3 + 4)
Sages allow you to access deep compassion and empathy for yourself and others. They live where your superpowers are located. Your Sages help you handle challenges with a clear, calm mind, and positive emotions. They can help you activate, explore, innovate, navigate, and empathize your life.
Part 3: Strengthen Self-Command (Weeks 5 + 6)
Our habitual thoughts are well-worn neural pathways that trigger the Saboteur response. You'll create new pathways using exercises, creating the transformation you deserve! Build one small muscle at a time with 2-minute practices and get a little help along the way when you need it.
Group Coaching Program Details
The 3 Elements Mental Fitness Program is six weeks long. Research shows that small groups have a higher success and happiness rate,
so cohort sizes are purposely kept small, up to 12 people per group. Below are more details about the program experience:
Weekly Group Calls
Each week we’ll have a group coaching call on Zoom. This is a supportive place to ask questions, receive insight, reflect on your practice, and connect with others.
Weekly Videos
You’ll receive an engaging 60-minute video with resources to deepen your understanding of mental fitness and encourage focus, energy, and relaxation for the week ahead.
Program App
You’ll get access to the Positive Intelligence® app to build your mental muscles, track your progress, and connect with other cohort members in the private support group and me.
1:1 Sessions
Schedule one-on-one time to focus on Saboteur challenges or activating your Sages. One 45-minute session are included with the program, with additional sessions available at a special rate.
