Personal power is the unapologetic, authentic center of your being. Your source of inspiration and wisdom that isn’t affected by external factors. Basically, it is who you are before the world tells you who you should be.
At your core, you already have everything you need to live life the life of your dreams.
Through conscious engagement with what you care about most, you can discover the elements of your own personal power. When you unlock this life force within you, you gain access to a sustainable source of energy that is limitless.
Hi, I’m Angelina.
I’m a recovering perfectionist and people pleaser.
I used to exhaust myself trying to be all things to all people, often neglecting what I needed. Which left me feeling frustrated, angry, and inadequate. An unintended consequence of this behavior was that I didn’t trust myself and lacked confidence. These were all my internal experiences, and yet if you asked anyone outside of me, they would tell you a different story.
When I reached my breaking point, I was determined to learn how to create a new way of being with myself. One that was rooted in cultivating an authentic relationship with myself and the world around me.
Over the past 15 years, I have refined my process and created a special coaching program to teach others how to access their own personal power.

Let’s work together to create an authentic and intentional life that you love. The 3 Elements Personal Power program walks you through my tested process for cultivating inner stability and strength.
Achieve meaningful and sustainable results by learning how to live with more intention via the four foundational pillars of the coaching program. Through experiential learning, you will gain the resources you need to awaken to your fullest potential.
We’ll follow a harmonious and holistic approach incorporating mindset, movement, and performance to find more balance in your life, work, and relationships.
Pillar 1: Living Your Values
When do you feel most alive? What sets your soul on fire? Your values are the deepest-held desire that guides you in creating a fulfilling life. Together we will define yours and create a map for how to live your values more daily.
Pillar 2: Creating Your Vision
Most change fails because we stop at the head and don’t engage the whole body in the process. Move beyond goal setting and create a compelling vision for life, one so clear that it pulls you in the direction you want to go.
Pillar 3: Practicing Mindfulness
Meaningful change requires us to engage our whole selves. Along the way, you will cultivate new thoughts, actions, and habits combined with mindfulness. We have to practice becoming the people we want to be!
Pillar 4: Maintaining Healthy Boundaries
Boundaries are essential to relationships with ourselves and others so we can meet our needs in a healthy way. In our time together, you will learn why boundaries are important, what yours are and how to apply them effectively.

Group Coaching Program Details
Weekly Call
Each week, the group will have a 60-minute Zoom call. Sessions will follow a flow, with a topic overview, reflection & learning time, and discussion about habits and practices. Each call will build upon the previous week, and commitment to attending all six weeks is highly encouraged. These calls are a safe space and will not be recorded to ensure privacy.
Weekly Work
Supportive videos and readings will be provided to deepen the learning between sessions. Participants will also send in a summary of the learning and insights. Homework, an essential component of the program, will be given to assist your practice and build positive habits. The time to complete it will vary.
Community Resources
The group will receive pre-recorded micro-practices and a standing invite to 30-minute Zoom sessions (optional to attend) to learn more about mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork will be offered throughout the six-week program. This will be a time to gather outside of the weekly calls and include a short time for program-related Q&A.
Learning Integration
Participants can schedule one-on-one time to focus on key areas of growth or challenges. The program includes one 45-minute Zoom coaching session, with additional sessions available at a special rate.

One-on-One Coaching Program
The 3 Elements Coaching Program is customizable for individuals based on their unique needs and pace for learning. The framework will follow the group coaching program while allowing for more flexibility in a one-on-one engagement. Clients who have gone through the program solo have taken anywhere from three months to one year to complete it.
Questions to consider to find out if the one-on-one program is the right fit for you:
