When do you feel most alive? What sets your soul on fire? Your values are the deepest-held desire that guides you in creating a fulfilling life. Together we will define yours and create a map for how to live your values more daily.
Pillar 2: Creating Your Vision
Most change fails because we stop at the head and don’t engage the whole body in the process. Move beyond goal setting and create a compelling vision for life, one so clear that it pulls you in the direction you want to go.
Pillar 3: Practicing Mindfulness
Meaningful change requires us to engage our whole selves. Along the way, you will cultivate new thoughts, actions, and habits combined with mindfulness. We have to practice becoming the people we want to be!
Pillar 4: Maintaining Healthy Boundaries
Boundaries are essential to relationships with ourselves and others so we can meet our needs in a healthy way. In our time together, you will learn why boundaries are important, what yours are and how to apply them effectively.

Group Coaching Program Details
Weekly Call
Each week, the group will have a 60-minute Zoom call. Sessions will follow a flow, with a topic overview, reflection & learning time, and discussion about habits and practices. Each call will build upon the previous week, and commitment to attending all six weeks is highly encouraged. These calls are a safe space and will not be recorded to ensure privacy.
Weekly Work
Supportive videos and readings will be provided to deepen the learning between sessions. Participants will also send in a summary of the learning and insights. Homework, an essential component of the program, will be given to assist your practice and build positive habits. The time to complete it will vary.
Community Resources
The group will receive pre-recorded micro-practices and a standing invite to 30-minute Zoom sessions (optional to attend) to learn more about mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork will be offered throughout the six-week program. This will be a time to gather outside of the weekly calls and include a short time for program-related Q&A.
Learning Integration
Participants can schedule one-on-one time to focus on key areas of growth or challenges. The program includes one 45-minute Zoom coaching session, with additional sessions available at a special rate.
