Hi, I’m Angelina.

For years, my mind was hijacked by negative thinking and patterns that kept me stuck. So many of us deal with similar patterns, so I started researching ways to help me become more aware of the root causes of the challenging thoughts that kept me from where I wanted to be in life. 

I needed a systematic way to understand my thinking and change my behaviors. I found Positive Intelligence®, a practical program based on cutting-edge neuroscience, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral psychology, and performance science, to better understand how to achieve my true potential. 

I couldn’t learn fast enough when I found out about the ten mental Saboteurs and how we all have them. Once I knew what they were actually about and how the Sages helped us work with them, it became easier to recognize and break free from self-sabotaging thoughts. I started noticing a difference in myself with daily practice, and soon, I integrated the concepts into my Mental Fitness Coaching Program.

What is Positive Intelligence?

Positive Intelligence (PQ) is a synthesis of recent neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology breakthroughs, and performance science validated by over half a million participants in 50 countries.

PQ measures the strength of positive mental muscles (Sage) versus negative ones (Saboteurs).

Saboteurs react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions such as stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt, or worry.

The Sage handles challenges through positive emotions like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action.

The relative strength of the positive Sage versus the negative Saboteurs is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient).

Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. And that’s what our program design empowers you to do.

In the Mental Fitness Coaching Program, you will learn how to free yourself from negative messages and increase your capacity to respond to life’s challenges by shifting from a negative mindset to a more positive one. 

The first step is understanding the root causes of our unnecessary habits, beliefs, and activities that cause self-sabotage and overwhelm. From there, you can strengthen and grow the three core mental fitness muscles to thrive and be more present and resilient in challenging times.

You get to build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your negative self to your positive self.

Part 1: Understand Your Saboteurs (Weeks 1 + 2)

Saboteurs are the inner dialogue voices that beat you up, hold you back, and trigger negative emotions. They cause stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, regret, shame, guilt, and more. The Saboteurs are the Judge, Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler, and Victim.

Part 2: Meet Your Sages (Weeks 3 + 4)

Sages allow you to access deep compassion and empathy for yourself and others. They live where your superpowers are located. Your Sages help you handle challenges with a clear, calm mind, and positive emotions. They can help you activate, explore, innovate, navigate, and empathize your life.

Part 3: Strengthen Self-Command (Weeks 5 + 6)

Our habitual thoughts are well-worn neural pathways that trigger the Saboteur response. You'll create new pathways using exercises, creating the transformation you deserve! Build one small muscle at a time with 2-minute practices and get a little help along the way when you need it.

 

Group Coaching Program Details

The 3 Elements Mental Fitness Program is six weeks long. Research shows that small groups have a higher success and happiness rate,

so cohort sizes are purposely kept small, up to 12 people per group. Below are more details about the program experience:
