Amanda is a director of operations support at a large health insurance company. she turned Covid into a beautiful growth opportunity.

Like many, Amanda noticed her pace of life wasn’t sustainable or healthy. Something had to change, but what?

The Catalyst 

The pandemic was a real wake-up call for me. I realized I wasn't fulfilled in my career. I was having second thoughts about where my life was going and what I was prioritizing. I need to pump the brakes and gain clarity on how to make sense of my current situation. 

 

It was the first time I invested in working with a coach. I trusted Angelina, I knew she had gone on her own journey of self-discovery and walked the talk. 

 

The Experience

Partnering with Angelina took the burden off of me having to figure everything out on my own. I felt real permission to prioritize myself. She acted as an objective mirror that helped me to see myself and my situation clearly. I engaged my whole self (head, heart, body, and soul).  Through our partnership, I created a concrete life plan that aligned with my personal values, beliefs, and needs. What was initially scary became fun, and I enjoyed seeing my next steps synergistically come together. This energized me and propelled me to take purposeful action. 

 

The Breakthrough

In one of our coaching sessions, we did a somatic exercise that connected me with the root of what had been nagging me for years. From this realization, I was able to make a profound internal shift which has freed me from a lot of negative energy. I feel lighter and have gained valuable practices that I continue to use to support me in living in alignment.
