Amie is a Director of Family and Youth Engagement who ensures that others’ voices are heard through advocacy, policymaking and leadership development. She started working with me while participating in a Women in Leadership Program.

Here is her story:

The Catalyst

I was fortunate to meet Angelina and have her as my coach. She was my first coach and I truly appreciated her straightforward approach. I wanted to work on my personal branding - Angelina helped me get clear on how to bring more of myself into my professional branding. Through our work together I came to realize I can’t have others see me a certain way if I don’t first see myself that way.

The Experience

Angelina is a blend of warmth and no-nonsense which is exactly what I needed. She challenged me to look beyond my limited view of my current brand and to dream big, bigger than I had allowed myself. Angelina helped me connect the dots between what I was already doing and what I aspired to accomplish in my professional life. She was the first person who was really able to help me sort through those things.

The Breakthrough

In our 3-month coaching engagement, I was able to get clear on my personal brand and voice which has allowed me to show up differently for myself. As a result, I am showing up for myself by thinking bigger, leading through my personal values and strengths and am more confident than ever!

I’d definitely recommend Angelina to women leaders looking to lead from the inside out as they build a professional brand. I’d also recommend her to women transitioning to new leadership roles who are looking for more efficient ways to manage their energy as they navigate that process.
